1 GLOBAL COURSE SCHEDULE WORLDWIDE TRAINING Jeppesen Academy offers a wide range of basic through advanced training courses in either online or live classroom settings. All classes are available for either individual or group registration. Groups can schedule custom class dates at multiple locations, or at any customer training facility, worldwide. Pricing outlined in this schedule represents individual student costs however discounted group pricing is available upon request. Depending upon course location and approvals requirements Jeppesen maintains approvals with many different Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA s) worldwide. ONLINE CLASSROOM TRAINING The Jeppesen Virtual Learning Program (VLP) is an online distance learning solution. VLP classes are not computer based training as all class sessions are the same instructor led training as experienced in our live classrooms, just attended over the internet. VLP students are held to the same live classroom standards by way of interacting with instructors using webcams, voice, and text communications. This online program provides customers with a more travel conducive and cost effective means to attending instructor led training. TRAINING PREREQUISITES All training customers must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Applicants must also have an understanding of basic math and physics, and hold a high school graduation or higher education. FOM-2B is a 1-Week CAA transition course available to graduates of a Jeppesen course located outside the U.S. and wish to convert their CAA license to the U.S. FAA license. This conversion course is a FAA Part 65 approved program. FAA Oral and Practical examinations will be scheduled after class graduation. CLASS PROGRAM DETAILS DETAILS Phase I consists of 19 weeks of blended elearning which combines self paced study and online instructor-led classes. Phase II consists of 3 weeks on location classroom training conducted in Riga, Latvia. Phase III is On-The-Job Training (OJT) conducted at one of the Jeppesen partner facilities where dispatchers complete 13 weeks of actual dispatching in a real world dispatch center. FOM-2 Riga syllabus is EASA centric and conforms to recommendations of ICAO Doc 7192 D3. FAA License: Graduates can obtain a FAA Dispatcher elearning Phase I: 6,000 EUR which includes registration fees, tuition, and student materials. Classroom Phase I: 5,000 EUR which includes registration fees, tuition, and student materials. Simulated OJT Phase II: 5,700 EUR which includes registration fees, tuition, and student materials. The Jeppesen and Georgian Aviation University Flight Dispatcher training program is endorsed by the Georgian CAA for Phase 1 training. FOM-2 Tbilisi syllabus is approved by the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency (CAA), EASA centric, and conforms to recommendations of ICAO Doc 7192 D3. Graduates will receive a certificate jointly issued by Jeppesen and the Georgian Aviation University for Flight Dispatcher Phase 1.
