Options After serving as Superintendent of Schools for 20 years in Jerry Gottstein has been in the field of education 3 states, the Far East and in Europe, Edward C. Pino, Ed.D., for over 39 years. He taught social studies in the Minneapolis Ph.D., formed the Institute for Graduate Studies (IGS) in and Robbinsdale School Districts. Denver, Colorado as a non-profit 501 C3 institution of higher learning. He then became a guidance counselor at Plymouth Middle School and Armstrong High School in the IGS is dedicated to developing and conducting innovative Robbinsdale School District.
