6 Accessing IT Services UCD IT Services will generate an account based on your completed HR information. This account will provide access to a wide range of IT Services available via UCD Connect. Please contact the IT Helpdesk on to request a new account. We will contact you within 2 working days with your new login details. 2GB of web file storage 4GB of storage Your account details should be kept safe and secure

7 Accessing IT Services If you are new to UCD and using a machine that is already connected to the network, contact our Helpdesk to re-register the machine with your details If you are new to UCD and have brought a machine with you, contact our Helpdesk to gain access to the UCD network If you need to buy new equipment, please see services for details of any contracts in place
