4 Main Terms and Conditions 1. Individuals must pay for the seminars prior to their commencement. 2. Contracts with legal entities should be signed before any services are rendered by Becker Professional Education ATC International 3. Becker Professional Education - ATC International reserves the right to require full pre-payment of from legal entities from whom previous payment has been late 4. To cancel participation on a seminar, notification must be received in writing at least one week before the seminar starting date otherwise the full fee will be due. 5. Becker Professional Education - ATC International reserves the right to change the consultant and/or the seminar dates. 6. Fees for the seminars do not include any examination fee and any other fees payable directly to ACCA. 7. Fees include tuition, material, tests, marking, seminar administration, reporting and coffee breaks. 8. Coffee and tea is provided on the course. No lunch is provided.
