5 Entry Requirements Entry Requirements Professional Examination Route English Language Requirements 18 years old and above Minimum of 2 GCE A level and 3 GCE O level passes with credits in English and Mathematics or Diploma and Degree from a recognised institution in any subjects or LCCI 3 Higher level passes and 2 Intermediate level passes (5 separate subjects including English and Mathematics) or Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification or FIA Diploma in Accounting and Business SAA-GE strongly recommends applicants whose official language is not English in their home countries to attain at least a 6.0 score in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or to attain an Advanced Level in the Certificate in English Proficiency (CEP) Programme provided by SAA Global Education. Examination and Exemption Regulations 1. Students have a maximum period of 10 years to complete the programme. 2. Examinations are normally held over an 8-day period in June and December of each year. 3. Students may attempt a maximum of four examinations within a six-month period, including Computer-Based Examinations. 4. Papers may be attempted from different modules at the same sitting as long as the modules are taken in order. 5. Students are expected to study each module Knowledge, Skills, Essentials and Options in order. 6. There is no requirement for students to sit and / or pass any of the examinations together, including the three Essentials examination in the Professional level. Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) SAA-GE is an approved Computer-Based Examination Centre for ACCA Papers F1 F3. They will be able to apply what they have learned in a case study, where they experience an audit situation from two points of view that of the auditor and the corporate financial accountant. Students will be given access to the Professional Ethics module as soon as they become eligible to take P1 - Governance, Risk and Ethics. Students are recommended to take the Professional Ethics module at the same time as, or before, the Governance, Risk and Ethics paper is taken. Students have the flexibility to complete the Professional Ethics module at their own convenience. The Professional Ethics module is a requirement for students applying for full ACCA membership.

7 Application and Admission Registration With effect from 1 January 2012, all new students need to register directly with ACCA. The online application process must be completed for all new students at All students must now upload supporting documents and pay the registration fee by Debit or Credit Card to ACCA.
