3 Malla Reddy Engineering College for Women is a constituent College of Malla Reddy Group of Institutions (MRGI) founded by Sri. Ch. Malla Reddy, an eminent educationalist and honourable Member of Parliament from Malkajgiri Constituency, Telangana State, India. 4 Departments of CSE and IT The Department of Computer Science & Engineering is Accredited by NBA with an intake of 240 in B.Tech Programme and also offers M.Tech programmes in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING & COMPUTER SCIENCE. The Department of information Technology was established in the year 2008 affiliated to JNTUH with an intake of 60 in B.Tech Programme. The Departments established CSI, IEEE & ISTE student chapters and Department Technical Associations CYNOSURES- CSE and IT PHREAKS IT under which it organizes National Level Technical Symposium - FUTURE SASTRA and State Level Technical Symposium MEDHA every academic year.
