LEAD STAFF New Funding Mission Statement: To meet or exceed enrollment targets for the international student population. GOALS OBJECTIVES ACTION I.A.1. Identify annual enrollment target. I.A.2. Identify new and existing target markets. Create travel/recruitment schedule for and associated budget. 2 I.A.3. Identify, schedule and budget for international recruitment fairs, etc. I.A.4. Propose updated ISS (International Student Services) model and identify staffing needs and responsibilities. I.A.5. Advertise with reputable and gainful Study Abroad publications. SI,, JH I.A.6. Explore articulation agreements with local private ESL schools to expand possibilities. I.A.7. Visit private HS counselors and establish outreach connections for international student recruitment. Ambas sadors I.A.8. Develop and organize Pirate Student Ambassador Program to support recruitment efforts: 1.) Prospective student communications via Azorus Communication Management program (follow up , phone, etc.) 2.) Conduct campus tours to prospective students, parents, agents. 3.) Assist with on-campus recruitment activities/events. Ambas sador Coordi nator 2 of 5

3 I.A.9. Enlist faculty in active recruitment through recruitment travel and communication plan development and implementation. I.A.10. Develop High School Completion program as marketable recruitment program to attract overseas students. KMC I.B. Develop and enhance international agency relationships to increase international student enrollment. I.B.1. Work closely with the established recruiting agencies inthe following countries: E & W (China) Sino America (Taiwan) America-Group (Taiwan) Silkway (HK) Litz USA (HK) Monicayuhak (Korea) Ryugaku Jrnl (Japan) St. Austin's Academy (Kenya) Expand recruitment effort and establish new relationships with prospective recruting agencies in: Taiwan Korea Japan Indonesia I.B.2. Invest in strategic recruitment activities/efforts with contracted targeted new partners to encourage enrollment. I.B.3. Coordinate with PS Ambassadors and student mentors to support recruitment efforts with select partners. 3 of 5

4 I.C. Continue to engage in International Exchange and Contracted Short-Term program efforts. I.C.1. Continue to promote and host summer programs with E & W of China, St. Austin's Academy of Kenya, and Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages of Japan. In addition, explore the possibility to host a short-term summer customized training program (in Automotive Tech) with Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College of China. I.C.2. Explore the possibility to establish short-term student programs with various countries in conjunction with the (Global Initiatives Team); China, Ireland, Spain, Costa Rica, etc. I.C.3. Continue Faculty Exchange Program with Guilin Univeristy of Electric Technology of China. Explore the possibility to provide PC faculty optional short-term (one or two months at a choice time) teaching opportunities in various disciplines at Guangdong AIB Polytecnic College in Guangzhou, China and Guangxi Vocational & Technical College of Industry in Nanning, China. I.C.4. Explore the possibility to establish faculty exchange programs with various countries in conjunction with the (Global Initiatives Team); Ireland: AIT, IT Carlow, CIT, WIT. Information Sheet (w/translations) 4.) Power Point Presentation 5.) New International Programs website LA JB I.D.2. Create interactive prospective student, current student and agency forms in Azorus and IP website. I.D.3. Select, order and create inventory of continually stocked promotional items: PMR 1.) Student promos; pens, pencils, folders, pennants. 2.) Agency promos; exec pens, keychains, calendars, file flds, etc. I.D.4.
