The online format of these courses allows you to remain employed as you prepare for career advancement or transition into a management role. The courses in the certificate programs also integrate into the master s program, allowing you to work on both at the same time or step up into the master s program, if you apply and are granted admission after earning your certificate. 4 Online Graduate Certificates in Change The OD&C portfolio of Graduate Certificates gives you the opportunity to earn an extra credential in a specialization. Many students who already have a master s degree will earn a certificate to broaden both their skill set and marketability as an OD&C practitioner. The courses in the certificates are also part of the master s program, allowing you the flexibility to earn both at the same time or step up into the master s, if you apply and are granted admission after earning the certificate. All programs are 100% online! Change Analytics (12 credits) This graduate certificate focuses on the skills and knowledge you need to effectively use analytics to drive decisions in OD and change initiatives. The curriculum includes a foundation in OD as well as course work in analytics tools and approaches, assessing and feeding back data in OD, and using labor supply models to evaluate investments. Change Consulting Skills (12 credits) This graduate certificate focuses on the competencies necessary to diagnose, implement, and evaluate organization development. The curriculum includes a foundation in OD as well as course work in marketing and consulting services. Change Essentials (12 credits) This graduate certificate focuses on providing an essential knowledge base in organization development and change, appreciative inquiry, and process consultation. The curriculum includes a foundation in OD as well as course work in process consultation, facilitating teams, and appreciative inquiry Change Occupational Safety and Health (12 credits) This graduate certificate focuses on helping you gain a critical knowledge base to develop and facilitate learning and skill development in a safe environment. The curriculum includes a foundation in OD as well as course work in skills and competencies to promote detection, analysis, and correction of unsafe conditions and procedures in a workplace or an educational environment. Change Operational Excellence (12 credits) This graduate certificate focuses on the concepts and skills you need to make effective contributions on projects, on time and within budget. The curriculum includes a foundation in OD as well as course work in project management, facilitating teams, and Lean Sigma.
