I hereby approve the 2013 Action Plan for the National Programme for the Development of Studies, Research and Experimental (Social and Cultural) Development for (enclosed). 2. I hereby establish that the amount of the foreseen for 2014 and must be reviewed and set in accordance with the assigned to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania, institutions of research and higher education, the Research Council of Lithuania, and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences as per the Law on the Approval of the Financial Indicators of the State Budget and Municipal Budgets of the Republic of Lithuania for the respective years. 3. I hereby instruct vice ministers to monitor the implementation of the 2013 Action Plan for the National Programme for the Development of Studies, Research and Experimental (Social and Cultural) Development for in accordance with their area of responsibilities.
