Certificates are not issued unless the Cash-In codes are supplied Decline of grades Candidates no longer need to decline their grades once the results are issued. They are able to re-take their units and receive a new certificate with the higher marks. Candidates do not need to return their old certificates with the grades they do not wish to keep.
