1 Academic Calendar Summer 2019 March 4, Monday March 5, Tuesday March 6, Wednesday March 7, Thursday March 11, Monday April 1, Monday April 19, Friday May 1, Wednesday Web registration begins for all active students (including dual enrollment) continuing for Summer 2019 classes with 45+ earned credit hours classes with earned credit hours classes with earned credit hours classes with 0 14 earned credit hours. Web registration begins for all new students (including dual enrollment) transfer, transient, readmits, and all others not previously registered for Summer 2019 classes. appeals for the Summer 2019 term will be accepted for students who were NOT enrolled for the Spring 2019 term. All required documents must be received by Financial Aid to ensure funding of tuition and fees at the beginning of the Summer term (including Summer A, B, and C). Documents received after this date will be processed in the order they were received by the Financial Aid Office. Students should pay for their classes by the established pay dates as reimbursement will be made based upon eligibility. Deadline to have FASFA application on file to be considered for prioritybased funding for the Fall 2019 term. All tuition and fee payments due for all Summer 2019 term classes (includes class registrations for Summer A, B, and C). All Summer 2019 class schedules not secured with full payment, financial aid, or a College-approved payment method by 11:59 p.m. will be dropped for non-payment. May 6, Monday Spring 2019 grades posted to academic transcripts. Last day for students to submit third-attempt fee waiver forms for all Summer classes.

2 First day to use financial aid in the SCF Store (for all Summer A, B, and C classes). Financial aid standards of satisfactory academic progress (SAP) status will be available on MySCF for students enrolled in Spring 2019 term. appeals will be accepted for students who were enrolled in Spring 2019 term. May 10, Friday Last day new student applications (including readmission applications) will be accepted for Summer A and Summer C classes. Last day placement testing offered to new students for Summer A and Summer C classes. Last day for submission of residency documentation for all Summer A and C classes. Last day of new student orientations for Summer A and Summer C classes. May 13, Monday Summer faculty return. Summer A and Summer C classes begin. May 15, Wednesday May 24, Friday All required documentation must be received and placement testing completed for all Dual Enrollment and Early Admission students at both the high school campus in addition to SCF for the Fall 2019 term. Last day to use financial aid in the SCF Store (for all Summer A, B, and C classes). Last day to change classes from credit to audit for Summer A and Summer C classes. May 27, Monday May 31, Friday June 3, Monday June 5, Wednesday Memorial Day. College Closed. Last day to submit an application for Summer 2019 graduation. Last day for students to change degree/program/major for the Summer 2019 term. All changes after this date will be effective for the Fall 2019 term. Financial aid census date for the Summer 2019 term. Total credit hours registered on this date will be used to establish financial aid eligibility. All

3 future class registrations after this date will not be eligible for federal financial aid for the Summer 2019 term. June 19, Wednesday June 20 24, Thursday Monday June 24, Monday Summer A classes end. Exams (Summer A).
