Two years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject; Or Master s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: a) PGT (English)- English b) PGT (Hindi) Hindi or Sanskrit with Hindi as one of the subjects at Graduate level. c) PGT (Maths)- Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics d) PGT (Physics) Physics / Electronics/Applied Physics/ Nuclear Physics. e) PGT (Chemistry) Chemistry/ Bio. Chem. f) PGT (Biology) - Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/Bio Technology/ Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level. g) PGT (History) History h) PGT Geography-Geography i) PGT (Political Science) Political Science j) PGT (Economics) Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics. k) PGT (Physical Education)- Physical Education 2. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized university 3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English. 2 PGT(Computer Science) At least 50 % marks in aggregate in any of the following; 1. B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ University recognized by the Govt. of India. B.E or B. Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from recognized University. M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University. B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized

2 University. B Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject. C Level from DOEACC Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation. 2. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English. 3. TGT(Mathematics/English/ Sanskrit) Essential 1. Four years Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate ; Bachelor s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under : a) For TGT ( Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years. b) For TGT (English): English as a subject in all the three years. c) For TGT (Social Science): any two of the following - History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography. e) For TGT (Maths) Bachelor s Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. 2. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English 4. TGT(Physical and Health Education) Graduate with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or its equivalent. 5. TGT(Art Education) Five Years recognized Diploma in Drawing and Painting/Sculpture/ Graphic Art. Equivalent recognized Degree 2. Working knowledge of Hindi and English Working knowledge of Computer Application 6. TGT(Work Experience) 1.Electrical Gadgets and Electronics: (i) Three years Diploma after Higher Secondary in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an institution recognized by State Govt./Govt. of India (The minimum qualification for admission to the Diploma Course should be at least Higher Secondary). Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized University.

3 Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized University. (i) One year practical experience in a recognized workshop institution/factory. (ii) Working knowledge of Hindi and English. (iii) 7. PRTs a) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent b) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. c) Competence to teach through Hindi and English media. 8 Primary Teacher (Music) 1. Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized University. 2. Competence to teach through English and Hindi 9. Coach(Games ) Degree/Diploma in particular field (preferably specialization in KHO-KHO) from recognized university. 10. Computer Instructor BE/B.Tech.(Computer Science) /BCA/MCA/MSc (Computer Science)/MSc(I.T.)/B.Sc.(Comp. Science)/ Bachelor s or Master s degree in any Science subject/mathematics from Govt. recognized university with PGDCA from Govt. recognized university/institute or Post Graduate Degree in any subject with PGDCA from Govt. recognized university/ O level from DOEACC / A level 11. Spoken English Teacher Graduation with English as one of the main subjects and Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Spoken English. 12. Staff Nurse Degree/Diploma in Nursing

4 Remuneration For PGT -- Rs. 260/- per period (for max. 5 periods per day) For TGT -- Rs. 250/- per period (for max. 5 periods per day) For PRT/PRT(Music) -- Rs. 210/- per period (for max. 5 periods per day) For Games Coach -- Rs. 210/- per period (for max. 5 periods per day) For Computer Instructor -- Rs. 210/- per period for class III to V and Rs. 260/- per period for class VI to onwards (for max. 5 periods per day) For Nurse Rs. 750/- per day for 7 hours. (If any changed by KVS, will be applicable accordingly) Note:- 1. Details regarding recruitment are available at the Vidyalaya website 2. The Application Form is to be downloaded from the Vidyalaya website, completely filled in and produced at the time of Interview along with original and attested copies of all academic certificates and a recent passport size photograph. 3. Age limit will be applicable as years for all posts. 4. Candidates must have competence to teach through Hindi and English media. 5. Selected candidates will be appointed as part time contractual teacher against clear vacancy or regular teacher on long leave. 6. Other conditions as laid down by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. 7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. 8. Selected candidates should furnish their Pan Card number and Bank Account number at the time of joining duty. 9.
