Perception is that a college degree is required. While the model will prove this out over time, there are a large number of people with 4-year degrees that can be retrained Certified corporate trainers, and industry acknowledged certifications, are readily available across all markets and can start our direction, e.g.. nimble $10-$15k investment in an Apprentice with a reduced starting wage Vs. recruiter, incentive and onboarding of experienced hire. We are driving market wages higher as graduation rates are stagnant. 13
