We serve as a trusted resource, consultant, bridge and buffer between the audiences engaged in creating a healthy talent development system. 13 A B C D Admin & Logistics Common Considerations Across Tech Hiring Orgs Operational Alignment Talent Screening Training Resourcing Cost/Benefit What roles does your company need filled, are they apprenticeable and do you have the right staff on hand to mentor apprentices? Perception is that a college degree is required. While the model will prove this out over time, there are a large number of people with 4-year degrees that can be retrained Certified corporate trainers, and industry acknowledged certifications, are readily available across all markets and can start our direction, e.g.. nimble $10-$15k investment in an Apprentice with a reduced starting wage Vs. recruiter, incentive and onboarding of experienced hire. We are driving market wages higher as graduation rates are stagnant. 13
