The security Deposit shall be forfeited in case of failure to comply with the undertaking. Provided the amount of security deposit for students admitted in Pre-clinical and Paraclinical subjects shall be Rs. 1 Lacs only. However if they fail to comply with the bond, they are liable to pay an amount of Rs. 5 Lacs in lieu of the service bond.

6 8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND : Period of Cancellation a. On or before the start of the course b. If candidate withdraw/cancels his admission after joining the course but before the last date of admission prescribed c. If the candidate leaves the course at any time after the last date of admission Permissible Refund The entire annual Tuition Fee after Deduction Rs. 10,000/- as processing If the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by the another candidate by the last date of admission, then annual Tuition Fee after deducting proportionate deduction of monthly fee plus Rs. 10,000/- as processing fee. No Cancellation of Admission. If the candidate fails and/or neglects and / or is unable to continue the said course, the candidate shall be bound and liable to pay full Tuition Fees and other fees for the entire course in a single installment.
