The Classes are conducted from 9.00 a.m to 5.15 p.m. everyday with a lunch break from p.m to 1.30 p.m. Please note that attendance for this programme is compulsory. 2 INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS: 1. The attendance for the theory and practical classes are compulsory. 2. Students who have taken their admission thro The Training Centre should attend the Theory and Practical Classes and Practical Exams from the particular Training Centre only. The Students are requested to attend the theory and Practical Classes in the Centres allotted to them 3. Only those students who have already paid the prescribed tuition fees to the DDE alone will be permitted to participate in the seminar and practical classes. Also they are requested to produce the evidence for payment of the fees to the respective centres when they report to the classes. Those students who have not paid the fees so far, are requested to pay the fees immediately and attend the training. 4. The Co - ordinator of the Training centres are requested to permit the students allotted to their centre only after verifying the tuition fees payments and after collecting the xerox copies of either DD or S.B.I Challan as evidence of Tuition Fees. 5. The Students allotted to one Centre, now desires to attend the seminar / practical classes in the some other centre, should obtain the permission of Director, DDE on payment of Rs.750/- for change of centre with a requisition letter which will be dealt with as per rules. The change of centre cannot be taken as a routine matter or as an automatic one. 6. Students who have obtained admission directly from MKU Admission Centre, can choose a Training Centre near to their place of residence. 7. Students should produce their identify card to the Training centre while attending the program. Instruction to Study Centres / Training Centres 1. The schedule of training programme should be informed to students immediately. 2. Students may be advised to participate in the training programme without fail. 3. Where ever training centres are not available, students may be instructed to attend this programme in the near by center 4. There will not be any separate communication regarding the practical examinations since the schedule is already given in the trainings programme schedule. 5. All the Backlog candidates belong to the previous batches may be asked to pay the practical training Charges and exam fees, which may be as follows: for IInd Year Rs = Total Rs.2200 and for IIIrd Year Rs = Total Rs NOTE: ( For Madurai Candidates Only) 1. For I BSc Students of Madurai Centre, since contact classes are conducted by DDE. 2. All Second year B.Sc THM Candidates with Enrollment Numbers 12C+13A & lateral Entry 13L are instructed to attend their Practical Training at Mumtaj Royale, Institute of Hotel Management, Goripalayam, Madurai 2 (Candidates form Theni, Cumbam, Melur, Sivagangai, Tirumalagalam, Palkalai Nagar, City Centre, and Head Quarters). 3. All Third year B.Sc THM Candidates with Enrollment Numbers 11C+12A & Lateral Entry 12L Batches are instructed to attend their Practical Training at Madurai Kamaraj University College, Alagarcoil Road, Tallakulam, Madurai 2. ( Candidates form Theni, Cumbam, Melur, Sivagangai, Tirumangalam, Palkalai Nagar, City Centre, and Head Quarters).
