Saturday, July 22, 2017 New incoming First Year Undergraduates allowed back in to Add/Drop at 10am Wednesday, August 2, 2017 Last Day for Students to Add Themselves to a Waitlist Sunday, August 6, 2017 Open Enrollment Begins. Undergraduate maximum Course Load increases to 18 credits. Monday, August 7, 2017 Tuition and fees due for all students who have registered before the Billing Date. Students who register by the Billing Date must pay or defer tuition and fees by this date or their schedule will be Tuesday, August 15, 2017
3 cancelled and all their courses dropped. Prior term balances cannot be deferred and cannot be paid with financial aid; they must be paid to avoid registration cancellation. Graduate Orientation Thursday, August 17, 2017 Residence Halls open for Returning students at 9 AM. Saturday, August 19, 2017 Residence Halls open for First Year Undergraduates and Transfer Students at 9AM. Select residence halls open for graduate students on varying dates and at varying times. Please check your specific housing unit for details. Saturday, August 19, 2017 New Student Convocation Sunday, August 20, 2017 Summer Reading Program Monday, August 21, 2017 Classes begin for all students. Late registration begins. Note: $20 Fee charged for late registration. Tuesday, August 22, 2017 Last day for all students to add a course or late register using the web registration system. Monday, August 28, 2017 Students on waitlists will be moved into any available seats in Fall classes for the last time. Waitlists are then purged. Tuesday, August 29, 2017 Undergraduate Academic Progress Reports available to faculty. Friday, Sept. 1, 2017 HOLIDAY (Labor Day) No Classes Monday, Sept. 4, 2017 Last day to reduce course load and have tuition adjusted. Note: Dropping all course requires processing a withdrawal of enrollment from the University and follows a different prorated refund policy. See Withdrawal Policy.
