Manly District NSW Accredited 6 Core A trainee may complete 6 months core-training and 6 months non-core training at this site. Manning Rural Referral NSW Accredited 6 Core Formerly Manning River District. Suitable for rotations of a maximum of 6 months (for an individual trainee) as part of the NSW General Internal Medicine Program. Mona Vale NSW Accredited 6 Core An individual trainee may undertake up to 6 months of core-training at this site. Any additional training undertaken will be considered at non-core training only. Nepean NSW Accredited 12 Core The hospital is accredited for rotations in 6 month Group A (Acute Care) and 6 months core-general Medicine on the basis that the sum provides good overall exposure to Group A exposure with the Hawkesbury rotation. Overall no more than 12 months core training and 12 months non-core at these set of sites. North Shore Private NSW Accredited 6 Core A trainee may undertake 6 months of Group A (Cardiology) rotation with up to 6 months of non-core training. Orange NSW Accredited 24 Core The accreditation of this site will commence from 2014 onwards. A further 6 months General Medicine may be undertaken at Broken Hill Base NSW Accredited 18 Core A trainee may undertake up to 18 months of coretraining at this site 6 months Group A rotation, 6 months Group B rotation and 6 months Group C rotation upon review of a trainee s Application for Approval of Form. Shoalhaven NSW Accredited 6 Core A trainee may complete 6 months core training at this site. A further 6 months may be completed as non-core training. South Eastern Sydney Development Assessment Service NSW Accredited Core This position would be considered a Group C rotation within the 2012 training guidelines. That is, it represents a role focussing mainly on community based case management of patients with chronic and complex needs. St George NSW Provisional 12 Core A trainee may undertake a maximum of 12 months of core-training at this site including 6 months core- General Medicine and 6 months Group A (Acute Care) pending the review of a trainee s Application for Approval of Form. A trainee may undertake 6 months at Noarlunga and 6 months at Repatriation General and be considered for 12 months of core training. SA Accredited 24 Core The hospital is accredited for a maximum of 24 months advanced training time (core-general Medicine, Group A rotation, Group B rotation and Group C rotation). Please note, the 24 months of advanced training inlcudes noncore training time. SA Accredited 6 Core A trainee may undertake a maximum of 6 months core training at either the Noarlunga or Repatriation General sites. A trainee may undertake 6 months at Noarlunga and 6 months at Repatriation General and be considered for 12 months of core training.
