2 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS Each Individual course at Vibe College has academic entry criteria that students must meet to be eligible for enrolment in that course. In general the minimum academic entry is: Satisfactory completion of K12 or overseas equivalent (recent K12 graduates are most preferred), or Students must have completed a Bachelors degree Mature age students (21 years or over) may be assessed for entry on a case- by-case basis (by providing a Resume/CV highlight relevant work experience). Applicable for Onshore Students Maximum Age: 35 year* (Exceptions Applicable as long as its demonstrated and the College is satisfied). ADITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Students with experience in similar/different fields carries a lot of weight in choosing the course. Resume/Curriculum Vitae needs to be submitted. Evidence of continuously training themselves is highly recommended. Payslips, Recommendation Letters needs to be submitted. ENGLISH ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Depending upon the Nationality of the Student and the level of course a student is going to study, the English requirements would vary. Few students may be required to take an official English Test such as IELTS/TOFEL/PTE etc to be able to commence their desired course/s and attain a required level. Others may be accepted into the course through an Internal Vibe College English Placement Test. From Certificate IV level courses students are required to have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall (academic) with no band/sub score under 5.0. An IELTS score is valid for two years or equivalent qualification Placement Test (if applicable) Applicable for Onshore students. 2

4 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE (S.O.P.) WHAT TO INCLUDE IN A S.O.P. A brief introduction about yourself and your family. Your educational, employment history and information about any English test taken. Your reasons for not choosing your home country to undertake further studies. Your reasons for choosing Australia as a study destination (students must specifically write reasons about not choosing other countries such as USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand etc). Reasons for choosing a particular city in Australia. Information about why you intend to study a particular stream. Your reasons for choosing Vibe College (students must specifically write reasons about not choosing other colleges including the names of the colleges that you considered in the process). Knowledge about the course/s you are going to study. What are you future plans after completing these course/s (we expect students completing diploma and advanced diploma to go further and study bachelors degree students must mention specifically the respective bachelors degree and the university they intend to further study. What is the job title you are seeking to gain in your home country after completing the studies in Australia. Demonstrate knowledge about the visa regulations and ties to home country. Note: S.O.P. Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement is to be at least 3-4 pages in length covering the above aspects.

ENROLMENT PROCESS STUDENT TO APPLY FOR CHOSEN COURSE Select from our range of courses in the International Prospectus or on our website and return a completed application form along with the required documents to us. Download the International Student Application Form here: vibecollege.edu.au/downloads 1 STUDENT TO APPLY FOR AUSTRALIAN STUDENT VISA Apply for an Australian student visa at your nearest Australian Mission overseas. STUDENT TO REVIEW, PROCESS AND ACCEPT Review your letter of offer to ensure course fees, duration, payment plan etc. are stated correctly. Required payment of tuition fee. Return signed acceptance of offer. 2 COLLEGE ASSESSES AND VERIFIES APPLICATIONS Once we receive your application we will assess your application against the requirements of the course and issue a conditional offer letter, which is followed by an interview with candidate and financial documents verification. If your application is successful we will advise you to accept the offer COLLEGE ISSUES ecoe Electronic confirmation of enrolment (ecoe) will be issued. 5
