Wallace Lebanon R-3 School District Proposition New Middle School Shall the Board of Education of the Lebanon R-3 School District of Laclede County, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Thirty Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($32,500,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the site development construction, equipping, and furnishing of a new middle school on land already owned by the District; to the extent funds are available, to complete other additions, repairs, remodeling and renovation improvements to the existing facilities of the District; and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax levy of $0.37 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt services levy of the School District is estimated to increase from $0.47 to $0.84 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property. If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operatioing levy of the District will increase by $0.30 from $ currently to $ per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.
