The Feeder Posts, Educational/Professional Qualification and Eligibility Criteria for the aforesaid posts shall be as per KVS Recruitment Rules in vogw~ (i.e. as amended and effective from onwards for teaching posts inc1-ding for the post of Vice-Principal).B.Ed. Degree will be sufficient as minimum Professional qualification for all the post mentioned above except Head Master. The detail of criteria for each cadre and link feeder post for promotion is given from Page two onwards for scrupulous compliance, by the Principal/Director, ZIETs of the aspirants for LDE-2018 : Instructions for Controlling Officer (i.e. Director, ZIET / Principal) to decide eligibility of candidates applying for the respective Promotional Post through Limited Departmental Examination VICE-PRINCIPAL. 1. 3 TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER (TGT). IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE POST TGTs. A. The candidate should possess the Essential Academic & Professional qualifications & Experience on or before the crucial date of eligibility i.e , , , and , as prescribed for a particular year. B. For the post of TGT (S.St.): 1. The candidate should have studied any two subjects out of the following: (i) History with one subject out of Geography/Economics/Political Science OR (ii) Geography with History/Economics/Political Science. 2. Geography/History should have been studied in all the years of graduation. 3. In case of Honours Degree in History, the candidate should have studied Geography/Economics/Political Science in first and/or second year of graduation. 4. Similarly in case of Honours degree in Geography, the candidate should have studied History/Economics/Political Science in first and/or second year of graduation. C. For the post of TGT (Maths): 1. The candidate should have studied Maths in all the years of graduation with any two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics. 2. In case of Honours Degree in Maths, the candidate should have studied Maths in all the years of graduation with any of the two subjects indicated in point No.1 above. 3. BA (Hons.) in Maths and B.Sc (Hons) in any subject other than Maths are not eligible for the post of TGT (Maths). D. For the post of TGT (Science): 1. The candidate should have studied Botany, Zoology and Chemistry in all the years of graduation. 2. The candidates with Honours Degree in Botany/Zoology/Chemistry and should have studied other two remaining subjects in graduation level. E. For the posts of TGT (English/Hindi/Sanskrit): 1. The candidate should have studied English/Hindi/Sanskrit in all the years of graduation for the posts of TGT (English/Hindi/Sanskrit) respectively. F. WORKING EXPERIENCE: PRTs having 05 years of regular service with Bachelrs Degree in that subject/ combination of subjects as prescribed for direct recruits. However, the condition of having 50% marks and above in Graduation or equivalent shall not apply in case of teachers who have rendered at least 05 years of regular service in KVS as PRT. 6 3. The Link for filling up of ONLINE application of the Applicants is being provided to Deputy Commissioners of all KVS, Regional Offices. The Deputy Commissioners of the Region will further provide the link to each Principal of KV under their jurisdiction immediately. The interested and eligible employee fulfilling the terms & condition as mentioned in the notification and criteria as per KVS Recruitment Rules will have to submit an application alongwith recent Passport Size Photograph and signature to the Principal/ Director, ZIET, so that the Signature & Photograph can be SCANNED separately (each sizing < SO KB in designated format} and uploaded by the Reporting Officer at the time of uploading SCANNED Vigilance Clearance Certificate (size < lmb in designated format} in respect of each applicant. The Reporting Officer will ensure to place copy of Application alongwith undertaking of the applicant in the Personal File of the Applicant concerned. 4. The Director, ZIET/ Principal (i.e. Reporting Officer ) will verify the eligibility from his/ her service record and certify the same under his/her signature before issue & upload of Vigilance Clearance Certificate in the link. The steps to be followed by the Principal/Director, ZIET/ In charge Principal in this regard are as under: STEP-1 STEP-2 STEP-3 STEP-4 STEP-5 The Reporting Officer shall announce/ circulate in the Vidyalaya about LDCE The Reporting Officer shall obtain Scanned images of Signature & Photograph (Size less than 50 KB each in designated Digital Format) of eligible candidates for further uploading in the Link provided. The Reporting Officer shall login the portal using Login ID & Password already being used by the Vidyalayas having School Code provided by CBSE for sending various data to CBSE. The Kendriya Vidyalayas/ ZIETs that have not been provided CBSE School Code yet will be provided LOGIN ID & PASSWORD for the purpose separately through Dy. Commissioner concerned. The Reporting Officer shall download the Format of Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the link provided and get it filled, Signed & Stamped in respect of each eligible Applicant and will upload Scanned image of the same in the size less than 1 MB in designated Digital Format. After Logging, the Principal/Director ZIETs shall fill in the required details of applicants after due verification from the Service documents/ Records available in the Vidyalaya/ ZIET as under: le determining the (1) Working Experience, (2) Educationa1..c.uc~1111 sional alification the latest date will be reckoned. After completing filling of the details, the following SCANNED Images for each Applicant in the designated Digital Formats shall also be uploaded as: (i) STEP-6 Scanned Image of Photograph (Size upto 50 KB); (ii) Scanned Image of Signature (Size upto 50 KB), and (iii) Scanned Image of duly filled, Signed & Stamped Vigilance Clearance Certificate (Size upto 1 MB) by the Reporting Officer. STEP-7 Once the uploading of all the applicants is done, the Principal/Director ZIETs shall generate list b clicking the icon "GENERATE LIST". STEP-8 After Generating List, the Principal/Director ZIETs shall Sign, Stamp and send the same to the Dy. Commissioner concerned after retaining a copy for record. 5. The Dy. Commissioner of the Region concerned will again verify the Vigilance Clearance of each candidate, and certify the Hard Copies of Generated List received from Principals/Director, ZIETS of all applicants and retain for record. The candidature of the agplicant shall be cancelled at any stage, even after conduct of examination, issue oiposting Order, or after joining of promotional post through LDE, if it is found that the particulars provided by the candidate to the Reporting Officer are found incorrect or he/she 1s not eligiole for the post as per Gmdelines & Recruitment Rules ofkvs. 10.
