Cimaglia Educator of the Year presented by Cosmetology Educators of America and Milady Publishers. Ms. Beaver was asked to speak at the 2013 CEA Convention about Advanced Esthetic Equipment in High Frequency. She also participated in the Milady Advisory Committee where she was able to provide Milady with her expertise as an esthetics instructor to help them formulate the best product for future estheticians. Currently, she is working on reviewing several chapters for the future edition of Milady Standard Esthetics: Advanced textbook. Ms. Beaver is one of those people whose skill and dedication motivate those around her, raising the quality of teaching and learning in everyone she touches.
