This is to ensure that our school s examinations are aligned to national assessment practices and to ensure the security of internal school examinations (Continuous Assessment & Semestral Assessment). Any absence from examinations must be covered by a medical certificate from a private or government clinic. Students are required to submit their medical certificate(s) to their Form Teachers on the day they return to school. Students who are absent without a valid reason 1 / medical certificate 2 will not be awarded any marks. In view of the amended examination dates, students will receive their result slip when they return to school in Term 4 Week 1. Please sign the acknowledgment form attached and return it to your child s/ward s form teacher by 28 July We appreciate your assistance in your child s/ward s revision.
