Meeting Times Fridays: 6-9 p.m. Saturdays: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Sundays: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Attend a minimum of one yoga class per week at REYC (for free) or at another studio (a teacher signature will be requested). Observe nine yoga classes of your choosing, as well as volunteer teach 10 hours at a facility (i.e., work place, gym, yoga studio, school or outreach program). A letter from the facility documenting the volunteer time is required. Home study, reading and maintaining a journal of one s personal Sadhana (practice) is also required. Pricing & Application Information $2,900 is your investment for the program. $400 deposit and $100 application fee due with application. Once application is submitted, you will be scheduled for an entry interview with the course leader. A deposit does not guarantee acceptance. If it is determined the course is not appropriate for you, the deposit and application fee will be returned to you or can be applied to classes at the studio. Payment plan requires credit card and attached contract. $50 fee for any returned checks or denied credit cards. Complete cost of course is required, either prior to course start or via payment plan with contract and credit card on file. For refund information, refer to the teacher training course catalogue. Price includes: All 9 weekends of training in a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour course, teacher training manual, free classes at REYC to be used during training course and completion certificate upon successful completion of program. 4 Fall Yoga Teacher Training Enrollment Agreement EFFECTIVE SEPT. 1, 2018 A certificate of completion will be awarded from Red Earth Yoga Center when all of the following requirements are met. You may use this certificate to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200. You attend all hours of all nine weekends of training and meet attendance requirements. You complete all homework assignments on time and maintain a journal of your Sadhana (practice). You maintain a regular home practice of at least three hours per week. Drop-in yoga classes required for TT are not home practice time. You attend a minimum of one additional class per week outside of teacher training hours at Red Earth Yoga Center (for free) or at another studio (a teacher signature will be requested. You observe nine yoga classes of your choosing. You volunteer teach 10 hours at a facility (i.e., work place, gym, yoga studio, school or outreach program). A letter from the facility documenting the volunteer time is required. You complete all book reports satisfactorily, and pass a written final exam and practical exam. You teach a one-hour class teaching demonstration. Your tuition is paid in full. Cancellation & Refund Policy Termination date. The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual Teacher Training attendance by the student. Red Earth Yoga Center requires a notice of cancellation or withdrawal to be given by certified mail. If a student fails to properly notify Red Earth Yoga Center in writing, there will be a penalty of $ Rejection. An applicant rejected by the school shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid (application fee and deposit). Three day cancellation. All monies paid by an applicant will be refunded if requested within three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment. Other cancellation. An applicant susequently requesting cancellation shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid minus a registration fee of 15% of the contract price of the course, but in no event may the school retain more than $

5 First week. For a student terminating training after entering school and starting the course of training but within the first week, the tuition retained by the school shall not exceed 10% of the contract price of the course plus $ but in no event more than $ After first week. For a student terminating training after one week but within the first 25% of the course, the tuition retained by the school shall not exceed 25% of the contract price of the course plus $ After 25%. For a student terminating training after completing over 25% but within 50% of the course, the tuition retained by the school shall not exceed 50% of the contract price of the course plus $ After 50%. A student completing more than 50% of the course is not entitled to a refund of any tuition. Special cases. In case of student prolonged illness or accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical to complete the course, the school shall make a settlement which is reasonable and fair to both. Discontinued class. If a class is discontinued by a school while students are still enrolled in that class, and the school is still offering training in other areas, all monies paid to the school for students enrolled in the class at the time it is discontinued will be refunded to the entity legally entitled to the refund. A school will have 30 days to restart the class or pay the refund.
