That is why we have created a unique Mentor-Mentee System that ensures a constant interaction between the faculty and students. One faculty member is assigned to a group of15 students to counsel them on their academic and career concerns. Every student is assigned a Parent Mentor to provide sound counseling on their personal/emotional problems. In addition, the KIPM counselors are always there as true friends and confidantes.
