1 IAL CANDIDATE REGISTRATION FORM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES Candidate must submit the following: Filled in IAL Registration form Registration fees (cash/knet/credit card) Photocopy of valid passport and civil id Three recent coloured passport size photographs Copy of previous Statement of Results as proof for late cash in request Candidates can only register at one centre for any given session. The British Council is not responsible for any clash in timetable that may occur as a result of registering in more than one center. STATEMENT OF ENTRY Candidates will receive a provisional Statement of Entry (SOE) immediately upon registration. An /sms notification will be sent to candidates for collection of their final Statement of Entry and Edexcel Notice to Candidates from the British Council at least two weeks before the commencement of the examination session. The venue letter will be ed to the candidates two weeks before the commencement of the examination session and will also be available on our website. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS AND SPECIAL NEEDS Special arrangements are made to allow candidates with substantial and long-term disabilities to gain access to the examination venues, demonstrating their attainment in the best possible examination conditions. Any special arrangements like extra time allowance, provision of specially adapted papers, assistance with reading or writing etc. must be mentioned clearly in the registration form. EXAMINATION RESULTS AND COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES Copy of the online Provisional results 02 March 2017 Candidate Provisional Statement of Results - 02 March 2017 Certificates - 26 May 2017 Candidates will receive an /sms detailing the collection of the above documents from the British Council Office. 2 EDEXCEL IGCSE EXAMS PROCESSES: STEP BY STEP GUIDE EXAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION Candidate receives information via the British council or the board website. REGISTRATION Candidate completes and submits the registration form along with the required documents to the British Council before the entry closing date. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Candidate receives a Provisional Statement of Entry upon registration. STATEMENT OF ENTRY (SOE) Candidate collects the original Statement of Entry, exam venue details, Edexcel Notice to the Candidates at least two weeks before the start of the exams from the British Council. EXAMINATION Examinations take place as per the Edexcel timetable. For all examination sessions, candidates must bring their valid ID and the original SOE to the examination venue. MARKING After the entire examination session, the Examination Services Team returns all the examination materials to Edexcel for marking along with amendments to candidate's names, special considerations or notification of special circumstances. CANDIDATE PROVISIONAL STATEMENT OF RESULT (CPSR) Candidates collect CPSR from the British Council on or after 02 March SMS/ notification will be sent to candidates. ENQUIRIES ABOUT RESULTS Candidates who want to recheck/remark grades, submit the EAR by 11 April CERTIFICATES Candidates collect the original certificates from the British Council on or after 26 May Candidates who submitted their cash in requests must also collect their original certificates.

YAC01 is only available in January if candidates are re-sitting WAC02 or WAC02 for the first time but have taken WAC01 before. Candidates who have not sat WAC01 and are on the new specification then they are entered for WAC11 and the cash in code XAC11 for the AS. If they are going to be doing the new A2 then in June 2017, they can be entered for YAC11 provided they sit WAC11 and WAC12.
