We ensure this does not occur through the following ways: 1. We only charge a deposit of $1500 prior to the delivery of any training or providing any support services. 2. If the individual undertakes classroom training we charge the balance on completion of the course. 3. If the individual undertakes self-paced study we charge a regular weekly payment over the next 6-12 months (depending on the qualification). Payment Plans (minimum $500 cost for a payment plan to be considered) If you would like to pay via a payment plan, we can offer this service through our partner EziDebit. Paying via a payment plan will increase the cost of the course by 10% of the listed value and will also include a $50 processing fee in the first installment. You will be required to pay an initial deposit of 10% of the full fee along with a $50 processing fee for us to accept your enrolment. You will be sent details of your payment plan along with a link to approve the plan once your enrolment has been received. Page 2 of 9

4 ENROLMENT AND TRAINING AGREEMENT THANK YOU FOR YOUR BOOKING Prior to course commencement, we require additional statistical information as set out in this enrolment and training agreement. Please note we cannot issue you statements of attainment or a certificate unless we have this information. BEFORE YOU BEGIN As a Registered Training Organisation, Total Management and Training (TMT) must operate within the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) The following information summarises our commitment and detailed policies are available from our office or from our trainers and personnel. Our Student Handbook sets out your rights and responsibilities under this training agreement and can be accessed in hard copy from your trainer or from Reception staff. In the interests of conserving resources, we encourage you to access the Student Handbook linked here, and also available on our website. The Handbook explains in detail our commitment to you and your obligations under our training agreement. Areas of highlight include legislative requirements, health and safety, recognition of existing qualifications, access and equity, assessment procedures, recognition of prior learning, literacy and numeracy assistance, client support, appeals processes and conduct expectations. We encourage you to seek clarification on any issues which are important to you, and please ensure you familiarise yourself with the contents of the Student Handbook prior to enrolling in training. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA As a Registered Training Organisation in Queensland, we must comply with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) In particular, we must ensure that we collect appropriate statistical data on behalf of our National VET Regulator, the Australian Skills Quality Authority ( and the National Centre for Vocational Education Research ( We as an RTO cannot issue your certificate unless this information has been collected. 8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Further information is available in the Student Handbook (found on our website). Please ask our friendly staff for a hard-copy if you cannot access the online document. Fees and Charges The prices to undertake various courses and qualifications may be found on the course outline for that particular delivery, and within our Training Calendar. Further fees and charges are set out below. Re-issue of Testamurs/Statements of Attainment $50 per copy Issue of Certificates or Statements once USI timeframe expires $25 per copy rd Re-assessment fee (after 3 attempt) $220 Self-paced training or RPL of units of competency (Cert III & IV level) $250 per unit Self-paced training or RPL of units of competency (Diploma level) $350 per unit Re-issue of student card or plastic cards (excl. White Card) $20 per card Qualification re-enrolment fee (if the maximum duration period is exceeded by no more than 6 months) $500 Qualification re-enrolment fee after 6 months (see above) Current full price Short course or individual unit re-enrolment fee Current full price Late payment fee (interest payable on outstanding balance) 10% Refund Policy Registration may be cancelled up to ten working days prior to commencement of course with students either transferring to another course or receiving a full refund. Registration cancelled or transferred less than ten working days but over five working days prior to commencement of a course will incur a 10% cancellation/transfer fee (the 10% is calculated on the normal course cost). If no cancellation notice is received, or cancellation is made with less than five working days' notice, no refund will be issued unless the participant can provide a medical certificate or show extreme personal hardship. Please note transfer is not available within 5 working days of the course. Another student may be substituted at any time prior to course commencement date should the nominated person be unable to attend. tification of such changes is imperative. Unforeseen Circumstances The course does not start on the starting date notified in the Enrolment Confirmation. The course is discontinued after it starts and before it is completed. The course is not provided fully or not being delivered to the student due to unforeseen circumstances. te: in the event of the above circumstances TMT will pursue every possible professional effort to arrange course completion with another suitable provider at no additional cost to the student. If this is not possible, TMT will provide a full refund of course costs. Page 8 of 9
9 STUDENT S AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION I declare that to the best of my knowledge the information in this application and the documentation supporting my application is correct and complete. I agree to pay all fees required on or by the due date as per the agreement and penalties will apply if payment is not received by the due date. TMT may cancel any course prior to commencement and I will be refunded. Refunds are in line with the refund procedure stated in this enrolment form and training agreement. TMT charges additional fees as indicated in this agreement. I am entitled to a formal Statement of Attainment of any completed units on cancellation or completion at no additional cost, as long as there are no outstanding fees, and I have provided a USI number. I understand I must provide a USI number within four weeks of undertaking training to receive my certificate or statement of attainment, otherwise additional fees will be payable. I give TMT permission to locate my USI number on the USI online portal if there is an issue with the number I have listed on this enrolment form. By signing this form I give TMT permission to create my USI, if specified. I am responsible for notifying TMT when I decide to cancel, defer or suspend enrolment. I understand this enrolment form and training agreement, and the availability of the grievances and appeals process does not remove the ability and right to take action under Australian consumer protection laws. All enrolments have a maximum duration and I need to complete the course within the specified enrolment duration to avoid additional fees. Once maximum duration has been reached, I will need to re-enrol within six months to continue my studies, and pay the re-enrolment fee. Once maximum duration has been reached, I will need to pay full price again if I do not re-enrol within the 6 month timeframe. Enrolment duration begins from the course commencement. I will be required to satisfactorily complete all units of competency in the enrolled qualification to receive a Testamur. I may access my own student records, subject to privacy legislation. I acknowledge that the withholding of, or provision of incorrect documentation relating to my application may result in cancellation of any offer or enrolment by TMT. I agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on my enrolment form and training agreement.
