Frédérique BOUTIN Head of International Relations Office Prepare Your Stay VISA Visa process and residence permit If you are a citizen of a non-european Community country (even if you presently reside in a European Community country) you will need to

3 obtain a long-term student visa before coming to France. A request is to be made at the Consulate in your country of origin for a Visa de Long Séjour Demande d attestation OFII. The Consulate will stamp this of!cial document (upon arrival in France please bring this document to the International Relations Of!ce). Documents that will need to be handed into the international relations office upon arrival: - Photocopy of your passport (pages with photo, personal information, visa and stamp showing date of entry into France). - Form given to you by the Consulate or Embassy Demande d attestation OFII. The International Relations Of!ce will send your completed!le to the OFII in Metz. You will then receive a convocation letter to a medical visit*. Make sure you bring the document «Visa Long Séjour Demande d attestation OFII» to France and to the International Relations Office upon your arrival. CAMPUS FRANCE ICN Business School adheres to the CEF (Centre pour les Etudes en France) convention. Students coming from Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chile, China, Colombia, Congo- Brazzaville, Gabon, Guinea, India, Ivory Coast, Japan, Korea, Lebanon Republic, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Russia, Senegal, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, the United- States and Vietnam must follow the CEF process in order to obtain their visa. To do so, please visit their website: Students who do not respect the CEF registration via CAMPUS FRANCE process will not receive a visa from the Consulate. TO CONTACT US globeandco@me.com Web site: International Business Seminar 2012 ICN Business School has the pleasure of welcoming 20 international professors from around the world (United States, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Canada, Czech Republic, and India) who have been invited to teach ICN Bachelor students from March 5th 9th 2012 during our annual International Business Seminars. Courses are held primarily in English and certain courses are also held in French as well as Spanish. This international event is very important in the life of the Bachelor program, allowing meetings and debates for all involved (professors and students). 5 The application file must contain: - TOEFL minimum score of 79-80, or TOEIC minimum score of 750, or other official English assessment exam - Transcripts from the first 2 years of university studies - Detailed CV in English - Letter of personal motivation Access to this program is reserved for students possessing 2 years of completed higher education study, or 120 ECTS credits.
