1 Admissions/Student COGNOS Reports All of the COGNOS reports below were created for the Student Divisions (Admissions/Records/Registration). The reports are located in folders. When you log into COGNOS you are automatically entered in the Public Folder. To get to the folder location for the report you are looking you will have to drill down by scrolling the folders within the public reports folder and selecting Student Reports. You will see above the COGNOS reports listed and the first column provide the exact folder location. Folders in the Public Folder To located all reports for the Student Division (Admissions & Registrar) you would locate the folder in the Public Folder titled Student Reports. Once you are in the Student Reports folder you will see additional folder that were used to organize the Reports. You will have to locate the folder in which the report you are looking for is located.
