Responsible for facilitating interaction with the senior staff, schedules and coordinates meetings of the PHCS Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The Executive Assistant generally assists by anticipating and handling routine detail work for the Executive Director/CEO and COS. Determines matters of top priority and takes initiative to handle or direct accordingly. High School diploma or GED required. 5+ years experience in administration and office management. The position will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of assigned properties within the PROSPERA Property Management portfolio. The position oversees occupancy and rent collections, customer service and support, financial performance of assigned properties, staffing management, reporting requirements, training and compliance with State and Federal regulations. The Regional Property Manager may also be involved in acquisitions and development of properties within the assigned region.
