Institute of Public Anthropology seed grant. The College of Social Sciences, California State University Fresno awarded a grant for $25, to found a center for applied studies housed in the Department of Anthropology that I coauthored. Spring 06-Summer 06, Civic Engagement Team. I won a competitive CSU System Chancellor s grant for the development and training of a Fresno State Civic Engagement Team. The grant funded a attendance to the Chancellor s conference in San Diego. Fall 05-Spring 06. I won a Coleman Foundation for Innovation through the Craig School of Business, California State University Fresno for $5000 to develop a course in the Applied Anthropology of Entrepreneurship. This course is being taught every Spring semester. Fall 05-Spring 06. I won a grant (approximately $4000, amount yet to be determined) to create a fully web based version of Anthropology 105, Applied Anthropology.
