Class Code: D8Fl IX Information about the Job:...Our Custodial Staff are an essential part of Adams State College success. Maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities is crucial to provide a safe, comfortable, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment that is conducive to teaching, learning, living, and recreating the best possible experience to our customers. Perform set-ups to support the facility, customers, and property ofthe agency. This position consists of cleaning and servicing buildings in our housing department and student union building by disinfecting and sanitizing restrooms, bathrooms/showers, sweeping, mopping, dusting, windows, vacuuming, removal oftrash/debris, moving furniture, cleaning kitchens including stoves, refrigerators, vents, sinks and cabinets, closets, stripping and waxing floors/hallways, carpet cleaning, constructing set-ups for special functions, supervising student (work-study) and community service help and other duties as assigned. This position consists on working shift hours and weekends. Minimum Qualifications: Six months of custodial experience and a valid Colorado Driver's License.
