3 1.3 On verification, if documents are found satisfactory, the candidate will be eligible for one year Apprentice Training governed by the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 and ammendments thereof, the following Terms & Conditions: i) Apprentice Training is only for the period of one year and no weightage shall be given to any candidate in future for any regular or contract appointment in MPMKVVCL Bhopal. ii) Every Graduate or Technician Apprentice shall maintain a daily record of the work done by him relating to the apprenticeship training in the form of a workshop or laboratory notebook and will submit a report every week to the concern controlling officer. iii) The continuance of payment of stipend to an apprentice shall be subject to the work and conduct of the apprentice training being satisfactory. iv) Graduate Apprentice Trainee & Technican Apprentice Trainee shall work according to the normal hours of work of the department which they are attached for Apprentice Training. v) During the Apprentice Training period 12 Casual Leave, 10 Medical leave and 15 special leave will be granted. Any extra leave taken will be considered as non paid leaves. vi) No leaves will be given without prior approval. vii) If a candidate remains absent without informing for more then 10 days will lead to termination from Apprentice training program. viii) Any misconduct or misbehaviour during the training will not be tolerated and will lead to the end of Apprentice Training. ix) No transfer request will be accepted during the Apprentice training period. x) If any damage is done to the property of the organization then it will be adjusted from the stipend of the trainee and will be considered as major misconduct. xi) During any dispute the decision of the assigned officer will be considered as final decision. xii) Apprentice Trainee will have to join on the given date. xiii) Company/PDTC will not be held responsible in case of any accident with Apprentice Trainee. xiv) Following stipend shall be payable after joining. i) For Graduate Trainee : Rs.3560/- PM ii) For Technician Trainee : Rs.2530/- PM By Order - Sd/- Jt. 5 We, the Employer, Apprentice, (the Guardian in the case of Minor Apprentices) and the Surety hereby declare that we have read the contents of This Apprenticeship Contract as per The Apprenticeship Rules, 1962, as amended from time to time, and agree to abide by all the provisions made there under. We also declare that all the provisions of The Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time including those relating to Registration and Termination of Contract are binding on us. We also understand that training under The Apprentices Act do not guarantee a job with the employer/boat after the training is completed. 1. In the event of termination of Contract through failure on the part of the Employer to carry out the terms and conditions of the contract, he shall pay to the Apprentice a compensation of an amount equivalent to three months of minimum stipend payable under The Apprentices Act. 2. In the event of termination of Contract through failure on the part of the Apprentice to carry out terms of the contract, the Surety at the request of the Apprentice hereby guarantees to the Employer and the Central Government the payment of such amount as may be determined by the Central Apprenticeship Adviser, towards the cost for training of the Apprentice. 3. The liability of the Surety shall not at any time exceed an amount equal to three months of minimum stipend payable under The Apprentices Act. Note: The stipend shall be paid by the Employer to the Apprentices for a particular month by the 10 th day of the following month. Apprentices Contract Registration Card (ACRC) is in a proforma as prescribed by BOAT (WR), Mumbai. CHECK LIST FOR EMPLOYERS Court Affidavit in the prescribed proforma is enclosed if there is a gap of more than one year between the date of joining as an apprentice and date of declaration of results. Photograph of the apprentice bears signature of employer with seal of establishment, both partly appearing on the Contract Registration Card as well. Mention of SC / ST / OBC / Minority / PH / Woman is made for the apprentice Employer s Seal is affixed on the Contract Registration Card. The photocopy of mark sheet of VIII Semester of Engg. Degree course / VI Semester of Diploma Course attested by the officer of the establishment is enclosed. (Copy of marksheet downloaded from internet is not acceptable). The apprentice has passed all the previous semesters of the Engg. Degree / Diploma Course. ACRC is signed by the Employer, Apprentice, Surety and Witness.
