Extra 18.00% shall be charged extra The services charges do not include the tuition fees, hostel fees & others payable in the first year amounting to USD 14,800 (INR 962,000 calculated 1 USD = INR 65 excluding 1 year of food cost. In case you wish to have Indian food, you may carry USD 1,000 per year extra which you would have to pay over there. The fees would be paid in local currency. Accordingly USD will have to be converted to the local currency. The breakup of USD 14,800 is already furnished. (Refer brochure for the University Fees for all 6 Years.) STUDENTS REGISTERED FOR COMBO OFFER (NEET CRASH COURSE + MBBS ABROAD) The students registered for the combo offer of MOKSH has an advantage that the initial cost paid towards the offer would be adjusted in the registration Fees of Rs. 25,000 for the processing and application fees of the university. It means that the Registration fees of Rs. 25,000 mentioned in this form is not payable in case the student has opted for our NEET Crash course. PROCESS OF ADMISSION: 1. Application Documents along with registration fees. 2. Issuance of Admission Notice / Offer letter from the University. 3. Receipt of INVITATION LETTER from MOE, China. 4. Visa application and arranging for travel such as tickets and landing arrangements. 5. Departure by September in autumn and in March for Spring-Pre-Medical batch. SPECIAL OFFERS FOR FMGE ON-LINE COACHING & LIVE LECTURES AT UNIVERSITY: You can avail of the MCI On-Line Coaching while you pursue MBBS in abroad. In case you choose MOKSH as your education consultant to complete the entire process of Counselling, Guidance, Admission to MCI approved University and additionally choose to avail of FMGE / MCI Screening Test coaching, you would MOKSH Registration Form Page 2

3 ensure quality teaching at top university with Indian doctors supporting you for the preparation of FMGE or NEXT examination. The student would get access to our Mobile App for NEXT Exam coaching. TRAVEL PACKAGE INCLUSIONS: The travel package includes following: One way airfare from New Delhi to Beijing / Shanghai / Chengdu. One way airfare from main Chinese airports to Local city of the university Pick up at the airport at destination and transfer to the Hostel Lunch / Dinner at the airport during the journey (if applicable) Visa documentation and Visa Fees to the Embassy Escort for the batch right up to the University hostel. Stay at New Delhi for MCI Eligibility Certificate if needed (Only if the student is with batch) Extra luggage & Travel Insurance would be charged separately. EMI SCHEME: The students have the option to pay the consulting fees (Mandatory / Optional / MCI Coaching) under EMI Scheme offered by MOKSH. The student or the parent should have the credit card having limit more than the payment that you wish to make at the point of time. 1. The interest would be charged to the credit card holder. The interest would be different from bank to bank starting from 12% to 15% depending on the credit card. 2. This scheme is available in those branches where the swipe machine has been installed. 3. An additional 2% would be charged towards the transaction fees by the bank and the swipe machine provider. REFUND POLICIES: 1. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: In case, MOKSH fails to get the admission, the application money shall be returned back by MOKSH since it is paid directly to the University or its official account. 2. NEET CRASH COURSE REFUND: MOKSH provides you with the Guarantee of Qualifying NEET exam. In case you are not able to qualify, we would refund you 50% of the NEET Crash course amount with a maximum limit of Rs. 7,450. GST once paid to the government cannot be refunded. 4 3. In case the student gets the admission in any government medical colleges in India, we would refund the entire amount (Except for GST). In case the admission letter from the chosen MBBS abroad university / college is already issued from the university and the student changes his/her mind even if the admission in India is not available for the student, the student is not eligible for any refund. 4. The student has the option to wait till end of June to move forward on to the next level payment after the registration amount is paid. The cost to be paid to MOKSH may be paid on 1 st July, 2018 after which the decision to cancel would not make him eligible for refund. The seat allotted to the student would not remain guaranteed in case the 2 nd level of payment is not done by the registered student before 1 st July even after the NEET National Rank is above 100, In case his National Rank is below or equal to 100,000 in NEET, we would give the student additional 30 days to decide. Finally, in case the student fails to pay before 31 st July, 2018, the seat may be allocated to some other applicant. I have gone through all the terms including the brochure and agree to abide by all of them. I agree to pay USD 14,800 towards the expenses for the university for the first year. Apart from that I also agree to pay to MOKSH as per the following for the services availed by me in their Indian account.
