Subsequently, EMGS will require a copy of your actual results for the issuance of the support letter for Student Pass Sticker endorsement. Failure to comply with the above requirement will result in the non-issuance of the Student Pass Sticker by the Malaysian Immigration Department. In the event that actual results do not meet the minimum entry requirements for the programme applied for, the student may opt for an alternative programme which matches their entry requirement. However, if the student had decided not to proceed for an alternative programme or was unsuccessful in the transferability of their qualification, they are required to leave the country and the VAL will be cancelled. CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS International Student Charge An International Student Charge is compulsory for all international students except for those holding Dependent Pass, Residence Pass-Talent, Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Pass & Diplomatic Pass and is non-refundable. For the refund policy on course fees, please refer to PART D on TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING ENROLMENT AND ADMISSION. Attendance and Expulsion Regular attendance is compulsory.
