Student must have maintained a "C" or better average throughout their high school career. 3. Student must be a United States Citizen. 4. Attachments can be included for any explanations. Please make a note that an attachment is included. 5. Any incomplete applications submitted will not be considered or returned for correction. It is the responsibility of the applicant and Parent/Guardian to ensure all information is correct and complete prior to submitting. Absolutely no follow up or updates will be allowed once submitted. 6. No late applications will be accepted. 7.
