I shall abide by all the rules of BRDS and will attend all classes as per the schedule. 5. BRDS reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the student at any point of time. If upon confirmation details are found not to be true (Wholly or partly), BRDS has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and all the facilities provided from Studio without prior intimation. 6. We are not promising 100% admission in the colleges/institute selected. 7. If your admission form for entrance exam to institute selected gets rejected due to any reason, BRDS is not responsible for that rejection. 8. All colleges have certain age limit and minimum qualification requirement for admission, kindly check the age and qualification requirements of the institutes or colleges with the prospectus or at their relevant websites or with their administration department, any rejections in admission due to age and qualification limit will not be the responsibility of BRDS. 9. BRDS is not responsible if any changes are done by Design College or by Government regarding the admission to the respective college. In such cases also fees is non- refundable. 10. If 12th board examination result of the student comes negative, due to which student does not gets admission to design college, BRDS is not responsible for that failure. 11. If any wrong information is provided by the candidate in the registration form, BRDS reserves the right to cancel the admission at studio. 12. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and drug abuse is prohibited within the BRDS campus. If student is found indulging in such activities, BRDS will cancel student s admission. 13. Total duration of the course is 75hrs. In case of transfer from one centre to other centre of BRDS, or in case of group transfer (i.e transfer from one group to another group within one month {applicable only for regular course}).transfer fees of Rs.5000/- will be charged. 16. Group (course) transfer will not be done after one month. {Applicable only for regular course}. 17. We do not give any type of certificate or diploma; this is a personal tuition centre for entrance exam preparation. 18. I accept that during my coaching tenure at BRDS, I would not attend the similar coaching classes for written test, studio test/ situation test, interview & portfolio preparation either paid or free at other coaching institute. 19.
