Dated: WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR RECRUITMENT OF DOCTORS, HOMOEO PHYSICIAN & PHARMACIST (AYURVEDA & HOMOEO) The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam proposes to hold a walk in interview for the following posts: 1) FULL TIME SPECIALIST / PART TIME SPECIALIST FULL TIME SPECALIST / PART TIME SPECIALIST 1 General Surgery 2 2 General Medicine 1 Qualification & Duties & Remuneration 3 ( SC-1, ST-1, OBC-1). (One year contract or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier) MBBS and PG Degree or equivalent, with 3 years experience or PG diploma with 5 years experience in respective specialty. Full Time Specialist - Basic Pay Rs.18750/- + Grad Pay Rs.6600/-, DA, HRA and NPA as admissible or as per orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time. Total emoluments Rs.87,000/-- (Approx.). Remuneration under revision upon implementation of VIIth CPC. Part Time Specialist - Remuneration Rs.40,000/- per month for 4(Four) hours session per day for 5 days in a week. Additional Rs.8,000/- admissible if willing to perform emergency call duty. Additional Rs. 1000/- for extra session of 2(two) hours. Age Full Time Specialist Age not exceeding 45 years as on Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules. For PG Degree & PG Diploma holders- Basic Pay Rs.67,700/- and other allowances as per rules. Total emoluments Rs.96,132/- (Approx.) Not exceeding 35 years as on Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.

Not exceeding 35 years as on Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules. 4) HOMOEOPATHY PHYSICIAN HOMOEOPATHY PHYSICIAN 1 Homoeopathy Physician 1 1(Un Reserved) (One year contract or till regular incumbent joins) Qualification & Degree in Homoeopathy Medicine with 3 years experience in Govt./reputed hospitals. Duties/Remuneration To work for 5 hours a day (9 a.m to 2 p.m); Six days a week. Rs.50,000/- per month(rupees fifty thousand only) (Consolidated). Age Not exceeding 35 years as on ) HOMOEOPATHY PHARMACIST HOMOEOPATHY PHARMACIST 1 Homoeopathy Pharmacist 1 1 (Un Reserved) (One year contract or till regular incumbent joins) Qualification & Diploma in Homoeopathic Pharmacist from recognized state board with 3 years experience in Homoeopathic Pharmacy in recognized institution and Registered under Pharmacy Act 1948 with the competent pharmacy council. (If Diploma in Homoeopathic Pharmacy candidates not available, Certificate course candidates from Govt. or recognized institution will be considered) Duties/Remuneration To work for 5 hours a day (9 a.m to 2 p.m); Six days a week. 3 6)AYURVEDA PHARMACIST Qualification AYURVEDA PHARMACIST 1 Ayurveda Pharmacist 1 & Duties/Remuneration Pharmacist - 1 (Un Reserved) (One year contract or till regular incumbent joins) Pharmacist Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board, Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from Govt. or recognized institution. Three year experience in Ayurvedic Pharmacy in recognized institution and Registered under Ayurveda Act 1948 with the competent pharmacy council. (If Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy candidates not available, Certificate course candidates from Govt. or recognized institution will be considered) To work for 5 hours a day (9 a.m to 2 p.m); Six days a week. Remuneration for Pharmacist : Rs.11,360/-per month. (Consolidated) Age Pharmacist Not exceeding 32 years as on Preference will be given to PWD (Persons with Disability) candidates as per rules as shown in Annexure -1.
