Dr. Howard & Catherine Lynch Sidney Rotary Scholar This four year scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who has maintained at least an 85 average throughout high school and has demonstrated the Rotary s Four Way Test, of being truthful, being fair to all concerned, serving others, and building goodwill and better friendships. Lynch who has not only achieved academically but has significantly impacted the Sidney High School and community through their positive attitude and willingness to become involved in the lives of others.
