Full details of both programs may be found at: dentistry.umkc.edu/academics/ General UMKC Transfer Admission s: * 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA. * /No-credit or Pass/Fail coursework may only be applied to elective coursework only and will not apply towards UMKC s General Education Core or major requirements. * Equivalent courses may be repeated but all grades will be averaged for GPA calculation purposes and students will only receive credit for one attempt. * Full transfer admission requirements can be found at: School of Dentistry Division of Dental Hygiene Admission s: * 2.5 or higher math/science and cumulative GPA. * Supplemental Application for Admission to the Division of Dental Hygiene. * Three Evaluation & Reference Forms. * Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, including the general education requirements specified below. * Note application to the Clinical Entry program is highly competitive. Meeting minimum requirements will not guarantee admission. Students should request official transcripts from all colleges and/or universities they have attended be sent directly to the UMKC Office of Admissions for evaluation. Transcripts are considered official if they are received in a sealed envelope or sent electronically to the Office of Admissions through Parchment, National Student Clearing House, or escrip-safe. **NOTE** Completing an Associate of Arts degree or the Associate of Science in General Sciences at JCCC will satisfy all lower level general education requirements at UMKC.
