Schlarship awards shall be exclusively fr tuitin and related expenses fr persns wh enrll as full-time students in prgrams leading t the award f the r J.D. degree ffered by law schls lcated in ne fthe United States r District f Clumbia and accredited by the American Bar Assciatin. Each Schlarship award will be made n the basis f demnstrated financial need, superir academic perfrmance, cmmunity and public service, and demnstrated cntacts with and cmmitment t the State frhde Island.
