I also liked the way my tutors supported in everything I did. Kris has now set up his own painting and decorating company (KDT Decorators Ltd). Painting & Decorating Apprenticeship Oliver Driver The staff were just as determined for to succeed as I was, and this helped greatly in achieving the results I needed. Oliver is now at Northumbria University studying BA (Hons) History. Mathematics Physics Politics Psychology Religious Studies Sociology Faye Neville I really enjoyed the work placents as it enabled to put my learning into perspective. Faye is now studying BA (Hons) in Early Years Developnt and Learning with the Norland Diploma at the prestigious Norland College in Bath. Early Years Katie Cuthbertson I liked the supportive teaching staff as they were always there to answer questions. Katie is now working as a Finance Managent Information Apprentice for Vertu Motors. 4 Higher education is more than just a degree New College Durham offers higher education programs that allow you to gain qualifications in a way that suits you. You can opt to do a bachelor degree in bite-sized chunks through a foundation degree followed by a top-up program, while working as a higher apprentice, or by gaining qualifications that match your industry.
