18 40STP02 Regents' GPA Calculation Process Allow user to calculate Regents GPA for students with multiple levels in one run of process. User would specify level(s) as runtime parameter on GJAPCTL. Automatically recalculate Regents GPA with grade changes. 40STP03 Learning Support Attempts Update Process To maintain data integrity by avoiding accidental overincrementation of attempts. This process should only be run in update mode 1 time per term. If an institution attempts to run this process additional times, a warning should be generated. Title goes here 18
19 40STP04 Legislative Requirements Update Process Transfer work to be included in evaluation of History/Constitution requirement satisfaction and improve data integrity of used transfer courses. 40STP05 Admissions Index Calculation There should be a pop-up window with an error message indicating when more than one high school code exists. 20 40STP06 Georgia Generic Hold End/Delete Process To allow user to end/delete any hold (per specification in run-time parameter) Currently, there is a Georgia Generic Hold Set Process (ZPRHOLD). This modification would provide a corresponding process to end or delete a specified hold. 40STP07 Generic Test Load Process Provide a generic test load process User could execute one process to load test data for various test codes into SORTEST. 21 40STP08 Georgia Grade Mode Registration Evaluation Process If a student has a CPC requirement on ZOAGARP and is enrolled in a CPC fulfilling course but not with a CPC grade mode, the grade mode would be modified for that course. 40STP09 Job Submission Users could submit Banner jobs through job submission and select the start time of the job. When submitting the job, the user would simply enter the start time in the Submit Time field of the GJAPCTL form in a 24 hour clock format. Title goes here 21
22 40STP10 CPE Results Update Process Correct inefficient code 40STP11 Advanced Admissions Index Calculation Provides the ability to process advanced formulas to include higher-order polynomial equations. Can process any polynomial equation (including multiplication, exponents, square roots, etc.) using any number of Banner data elements from any table or view. It also can perform user-defined validations on each Banner data element and print user-defined error messages to explain which data element is missing or invalid for the applicant on the report. Report should allow user to specify how the institution tracks exemptions and report on the students and dollars processed each term. Title goes here 31
32 40ARP02 Clearing Account Reconciliation Design a report that will help reconcile clearing accounts on Banner versus clearing accounts on CUFA. Aid in weekly/monthly/yearly reconciliation between Banner and CUFA. 40ARP03 Revenue Reconciliation Report Design a report that will aid in reconciling revenue on Banner to revenue on CUFA. The report should be based upon the number of students taking number of hours equals the total dollars, while considering balance column in TSAAREV students may be enrolled but not paid. 33 40ARP04 CUFA Accounting Interface Process Modify the CUFA interface process to give total controls between TGRFEED and ZORAPAY. This is to show what should have fed versus what is in the fed file. To aid in verifying that all accounting information from Banner is being fed properly to CUFA. 40ARP05 Receipt Listing Develop a report in receipt number order/detail code order To provide needed detail for auditors at year end, as well as information for business office at other times during year. 34 40ARP06 CUFA Distribution Process When process does not clean up properly, or loses data, Banner and CUFA records do not balance and much time is spent looking for information. The process should run and clean up properly regardless of size or number of records in the file created from ZURAPAY in relationship to GURAPAY. 40ARP07 Non Resident Alien Process to identify non-resident alien students and print 1042 forms. Currently, non-resident aliens are identified and reported by hand at institutions. This process will cut down on manual labor and time spent by individuals and offices. Title goes here 34
35 40ARP08 ACH/Campus Card and Direct Deposit Generic interface file that will work regardless of vendor product selected. This would allow checking/authorizing between Banner and the card software. Make availability of funds to students more quickly; would cut down on the number of checks to be issued by the business office each term. 40ARP09 Enrollment Report by Term Develop a report for enrollment by term with fees paid and fees due.
