Served as coordinator for revisions and pilot testing of the CMT/CAPT Skills Checklist for the CSDE. Provided training related to alternate assessment requirements for Connecticut school districts. Served as interim Director of Student Services for the Putnam Public Schools from June through September 2002.

Coordinated data focused monitoring of school districts. Co directed project to develop an alternative assessment form of the Connecticut Mastery Test (CMT) and the Connecticut Academic Performance Test (CAPT) Private Consultant.
