1 * Required Information page 1 Annual Survey of Social Work Programs: Practice Doctorate Programs Welcome to the 2017 CSWE Annual Survey of Social Work Programs for social work practice doctorate (DSW) programs. The annual survey collects information about social work practice doctorate programs, students, and graduates. This information is used by the social work education community in research, program planning, and advocacy work. Your participation is critical in obtaining a complete picture of social work education and future professionals. The Annual Program Statistics section of the CSWE website includes easy-to-print reference copies of the survey instrument. The Center is working to leverage the input of all social work programs on a national level in order to further shape and strengthen the future of the profession and of diversity and social, environmental, and economic justice.
