It will assist you with gaining a visa to arrive in Melbourne before your compulsory course enrolment, but you will still be required to satisfy all of the conditions of your course offer before you can attend enrolment. If you do not satisfy all of the course offer conditions, the ecoe will be cancelled. An alternative course for which you qualify may be offered and a new ecoe will be ed to you if you accept. Monash is obligated to advise the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border protection (DIBP) of ecoe cancellations. When you request a conditional ecoe, you agree to take responsibility for all expenses incurred by you, including travel expenses. Course refunds will be processed according to the refund policy as stipulated in your course conditional offer letter. If your request for a conditional ecoe is not approved, you will need to wait for a course full offer before you can accept, and an ecoe is issued to you.
