3 2. PROGRAM ENROLMENT AND STUDENT FUNDING DATA SUPPLIED BY INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING & ASSESSMENT OR COLLEGE OF GRADUATE STUDIES & RESEARCH 2.1 Student Enrolment: Data is reported separately by graduate degree. When counting students over an academic year, each individual student is counted once. A student, therefore, is represented as being in the most recent program/department on record within that academic year. A person is considered a student if they have at least one active registration record within the academic year based on data in SiRIUS as of the end of each session (Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter). Metric Data Points: Student Headcount Data Point: Student Headcount Data Source: SiRIUS, the student information system. Data Time Frame: Academic Reporting Year, May 1st to April 30th.
