Established in 1945, the college is located in Natrona County (population: 81,624). Unduplicated headcount for academic year was 4,253 credit students and 3,109 students in non-credit and customized training programs. In FY16 the college had an operating budget of $60M and employed 156 full-time faculty, 119 adjunct faculty, and 213 staff. Member of the president s Executive Council, which has broad oversight of the college Share in the responsibility for budget development of institutional budgets including general, fee generated, one-mill, and revenue-based funds and federal, state, and local grants. Direct oversight $1.4M Continuing Education budget and multiple grants Work with the Board of Trustees on policy development and revision Supervise seven full-time faculty members, eight full-time staff, and instructors and volunteers in the following areas: Adult Learning Center provides adult basic education, high school equivalency exam preparation, English as a second language classes, and citizenship classes on campus, at the jail, and at a reentry correctional center. Center for Training and Development provides workforce training for individuals looking to enter the workforce or advance their skills and to companies seeking training for their employees. Community Education provides general interest classes to the community and offers a summer residential camp for high achieving middle school students. Osher Lifelong Learning Institute provides liberal arts classes and socials geared towards individuals age 50 and older. Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, develop, and nurture new partnerships and programs, build relationships, and identify and resolve challenges

Accelerated format, credit for prior learning, and competency based assessments are all part of the program development ($2,449,917). U.S. Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grant to enhance the college s ability to deliver health care training programs to long-term unemployed, underemployed workers, and veterans ($2,305,079). Department of Labor State Energy Sector Partnership grant to build community awareness of sustainable practices and provide green building programs to architects, engineers, and contractor. The State of Wyoming was awarded $4,495,704. Casper College s portion was ($578,200).
