1 University Petition - Retroactive Add Registering for a class through Titan Online is the means by which a student becomes officially enrolled in a class. The Registration Guide, published for each Fall and Spring semester, as well as for each Intersession and Summer Session, provides the established procedures and deadlines for officially enrolling in classes. Under restricted circumstances, a student may petition to retroactively add a class. This petition requires a statement that should include information pertaining to the following questions: What attempts did you make to register for the class at the time, according to the standard registration procedures and deadlines published in the online Registration Guide? Why were these attempts to register for the class not successful? If you thought you had successfully registered (but found out later that your efforts had not succeeded), what confirmation did you receive at the time that caused you to believe you were officially enrolled? If you did not attempt to register by means of standard registration procedures, you will need to explain the reasons for this. Please note: Having a course professor add your name to Titanium for a class, this action in and of itself does not signify that you are officially registered for the class.
