21 An insight into international student demand for Australia all concerned about trends from GFC Identify three data sets: 1. Views of current students ( Uni + ELT students) positive 2. Views of Prospective students live data shows a drop in attractiveness of Australia 3. Verified by live data from Agent Barometer Perspective Damage is primarily in the sub continent indicative data Some signs of reputational risk beyond India China remains positive Require national data sets of the student experience
22 Australia value proposition: Good quality and good value as a destination market has been compromised but primarily restricted to India Reputational risk is the key impact on financial risk How is your risk management strategy? How to rebuild the relationship in South Asia? Increase differentiation in the marketing of Australian education by each sector But recognise that Australia is judged as a nation Diversify by country and by field of study Are we overlooking the views of domestic students? Listen to the voice of your current students
