2 PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Join the Senior Lawyers Section for a half-day program on areas of relevance to you and your clients. 4.0 TOTAL CREDITS: 4.0 credits in Areas of Professional Practice This program is transitional and therefore is suitable for newly-admitted attorneys. Please note: Attorneys who earned MCLE credit for the November 15, 2016 Senior Lawyers Section Fall Meeting of the same name (either in person, or via webcast or recording) are not eligible to earn MCLE credit for attending this program. The New York State Bar Association s Section and Meeting Services Department has been certified by the NYS Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. For credit in other states, contact the accrediting board in your jurisdiction. INFORMATION AND POLICIES DISCOUNTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS: New York State Bar Association members and non-members may receive financial aid to attend this program.
